Report damage or a missing item
Describe what happened in a few minutes. You then add your photos on a private page, now or later.
- On the spotVisible damage must be reported before the team leaves, on the end-of-job document.
- Within 3 daysDamage found later must be reported as soon as you find it, no later than three calendar days after the end of the job.
- Throw nothing awayKeep the item, its pieces and its packaging. Do not repair anything before we have checked it, unless needed to prevent further damage.
