In September 2026, COFIROASTERS S.A. moved its offices within Geneva. Diane Waroquier entrusted us with the whole project: from the first site visit to moving day, including the quote and the arrangements.
Preparing on site, not over the phone
It all started with a site visit. That is where the real questions of an office move are settled: what goes, what stays, the heavy items, the access. The quote and the planning followed, with Uriel personally involved at every step.
Items you do not carry like boxes
On 5 September, the team moved a large table, a safe and a fireproof cabinet. Heavy pieces that need equipment, a method and a team used to handling them without damaging the furniture, the floors or the stairwells.
Clearing the old premises
Not everything was moving. We cleared the old office furniture and removed the waste from the old premises, with a trip to the recycling centre on 8 September. The premises were handed back empty.
The detail that makes the difference in the new offices
On arrival, the wall cabinets were tilting because of an uneven floor. The team carefully levelled and secured them, so that everything was straight and safe from the first working day.
